Jenny & David's wedding is set for June 12th of next year. Both Jenny and David are teachers at Northeast High School, so we needed to photograph the engagement session before school starts. Good luck this year teaching and coaching!
The weekend of August 3rd I had the opportunity to photograph the Oregon Coast. We hiked Multnomah Falls, the second-tallest year-round waterfall in the nation. Monday the 4th we traveled south to Oswald State Park. Short Sands Beach was very secluded with mainly local surfers, young and old. Later that day we proceded to head north to Cannon Beach and Astoria.
Brian & Kate were married on Saturday, August 2nd in Portland, Oregon. The wedding was held at the historic McMenamins Edgefield. Edgefield is located on a lush 74-acre parcel of farmland at the mouth of the spectacular Columbia River Gorge. Shooting there was a photographer's dream as there are tons of gardens and beautiful cottage buildings throughout the property. The ceremony was held at 3pm in front of the Administrator House. Around 80 people attended the wedding with some coming from as far as Florida. I hope these images will accurately convey how much fun I had at the wedding.
Tyler's senior photo shoot last week couldn't have gone better. First we strolled through the University Place business district. This unique area of Lincoln has so many natural backdrops for pictures. After the environmental shoot, we headed back to the studio to try out some of our new backgrounds (including the blue and white one below). Tyler expressed that he was surprised to find out taking pictures could be so fun. I'd have to say Tyler's laid back attitude helped make this photo shoot go smoothly.
Dani had her senior photo shoot on Tuesday July 22nd. Dani's red dress and black high heels made her look like a high end fashion model in the downtown streets of Lincoln, Nebraska. Dani made an excellent choice in jewelry; it complimented every outfit. I can't wait to show you your proof book. Enjoy!
Sarah's mom was feeling under the weather on the day of our senior photo shoot. Here is a recap of how the photo shoot went. I had a blast! Grandma and Sarah's cousin tagged along while we walked through University Place photographing in several different areas. If you are a senior and you haven't been photographed in University Place, you're missing out. After the enviormental images, we went back to the studio for more photographing. I can't wait to show you all of the images. Enjoy!!!
As you can tell by these images, Sydney loves pink. Once Sydney put on her pink cowgirl boots and hat, her true personality came out. I had a blast on Sydney's photo shoot. It's time to challenge all of my seniors. Show me your attitude and style. Lets have a rockin summer!!!
